What does the BREAKTHRU culture mean to you?
Over the years, I have worked in many different facilities. The environment at Breakthru is very unique. It begins with the front desk, as you are welcomed with a smile. The physical therapists and personal trainers work well together. They are extremely knowledgeable, are always willing to lend a hand and truly have the patients/clients best interest.

What do you do when you are not helping people get in the best shape of their lives?
I am busy being the #1 fan of my kids sports and activities. I enjoy watching my daughter perform her passion of dance and her new sport of high school lacrosse. I also enjoy watching my son play year-round soccer, with his nationally ranked team, along with basketball in the winter. I also enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, listening to music (going to concerts), mountain biking and of course taking the time for myself to strength train and work on my conditioning!
Who do you look up to and why?
My father, who passed away in 2005. His nickname was “Rock” and that described him perfectly. Being a Vietnam veteran and police officer, he was physically and mentally the strongest person I have ever known. He taught me many lessons. Even as a “tough guy”, he still maintained an amazing sense of humor and fairness. Many people looked up to and respected him. They too, felt like he was their “rock”.
Pizza! I’m not picky…Traditional, white, Sicilian, thin, any topping (except anchovies!!!)
If you were a superhero, who would it be and why
Captain America. As a soldier he is the living, breathing symbol of freedom and liberty. He possesses very high intelligence,as well as agility, strength, speed, endurance and reaction time superior to any Olympic athlete who ever competed. He also mastered the martial arts of American-style boxing and judo.
