I have been attending Breakthru for over six months for different needs. I must say that Breakthru is the best physical therapy experience that I’ve ever had. Megan is very professional, knowledgeable, flexible, personable and she has a great sense of humor. It always amazes me how she remembers all her patients names. It’s so great to go somewhere to be helped, respected and feel over all rejuvenated physically and spiritually when you leave. I’m grateful to Megan and her team. They all do a great job!

My experience at Breakthru Therapy was absolutely amazing. I was there to rehab my ankle which was injured after breaking my foot at work. I wasn't sure if rehab would work and was skeptical. However Meghan, my therapist was absolutely amazing. She worked with me to not only get my strength back in my ankle, but to actually start running and jumping without pain. She took the time to explain each exercise for why we were doing it and the area it will impact. I am thankful for all she showed me and helping me get back.

I’ve had such a great experience at Breakthru Physical! My physical therapist is always so kind and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk in. You can tell she really cares about each patient, and even when the room is full, she handles everything so well. Meghan is amazing. I was nervous about going to PT, but she made me feel extremely comfortable and is very down to earth and knowledgeable. She was able to help me find a routine that helps manage my chronic pain, and even printed it out for me so I could continue at home easily. She was able to adjust many things based on where I had pain so one thing didn’t aggravate another. She never judged me or shamed me for my tardiness (I’m just ashamed of myself lol). She made me feel like a friend was helping me but was also extremely professional. If I had a random pain unrelated to my chronic issue she was able to help me with that also. If you come here, you are in great hands if you are with Meghan. Shes an extremely nice person and very good at what she does. Thank you Meghan!

Very professional staff and overall a great experience. Mark at the Hainesport location is knowledgeable and has a friendly, easy going disposition as does the receptionist, Karen. Never really had a positive PT experience until now.The facility is very clean and the setting is not overwhelming like other PT centers I've been to. Highly recommended!

If there was a 6th start that’s what I would have gave for Pam and receptionist Karen. My experience there was exceptional. I went there crying with lower back pain, I came out smiling pain free. Both ladies were awesome made me feel very welcoming. ❤️❤️

Rehab Excellence Center is amazing. The physical therapy that I receive from the theraptist Pam was so awesome. I never had a therapist that took the time to explain the different parts of your shoulder and what causes the pain. I came in unable to move my shoulder due to the pain and stiffness but after a couple weeks of working with Pam I feel much better.

The Rehab Excellence Center in Hainesport is outstanding!!! I came in with a bad shoulder and subsequent issue with my back and left feeling like Jill, who started me off, and Pam, who took over for Jill on my case, did wonders for me! I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of PT! Karen, the Receptionist there, is super nice and friendly. It's just a nice environment to be in...very relaxing and easy going. Kudos!!!!

I usually don't leave a review; however, I believe this place deserves to get recognized. Pam, there are no words to explain how grateful I am for everything you do for me. She goes above and beyond to help and comfort me. Thanks to her help my neck feels so much better. Due to my recent health, I need a small and quiet setting; otherwise, I develop cognitive fatigue that affects my speech. Therefore, Kerin and Pam arrange my appointments when no one is there, they turn off the music, light, even whisper so I don't get disturbed during my session. Pam takes care of her patients as a family member; she really cares about them. I have never met anyone like her. Very grateful. Thank you, Pam and Kerin!!
